Ahmad Aghaei pistachios are known for their elongated and slender shape, with an ivory-colored hard shell and naturally open mouth, making them highly attractive for export markets.
The kernels are relatively large, flavorful, and slightly reddish with a thin skin.
They are typically categorized by ounce sizes such as 24-26, 26-28, and 28-30. (The term “ounce” refers to the number of pistachios per 140 grams; the smaller the number, the larger the pistachios.)
Ahmad Aghaei pistachios are sweet and delicious in taste, suitable for both raw and roasted consumption.
They are primarily cultivated in Kerman Province, especially in the Sirjan region.
